Job Description :
Collaborate with research assistants’ team to develop & implement account strategy to ensure company goals are met and / or exceeded.
Partner with research assistants’ in the planning & execution of activities, including but not limited to customer calls, recruitment plans, data collection, quality checks, coding and reporting.
Involved in the recruitment and management the company key accounts
Attend industry events in order to expand your network and boost our business relationships.
Achieve or exceed assigned recruitment, maintenance and reduce churn.
Lead recruitment campaigns for assigned accounts to ensure focus & certainty of company promotion
Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
Manage team’s activity and performance and reporting via our bespoke CRM tool
Mentor, develop, lead, & manage team of research assistants
Coach & train the team as needed to ensure their success.
Properly manage team performance & development
Collaborate with senior sales leadership on strategic initiatives and drive team execution

Research or Agricultural background is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years work experience in or related field.
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in management or other relevant industry field is preferred.
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage co-workers to do the same.
Instructional experience in a group business setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
Experience analysing company needs, employee development and goal setting.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
Extensive knowledge of management strategies and practical application in the workplace.
