Job Summary

Our client, a premier agriproducts manufacturing and trading CO. is looking to recruit an organised individual with excellent customer service skills

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 4 years
  • Responsibilities

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and appropriatelydirecting them.
  • Making calls for the employees as requested and forwardingthem accordingly.
  • Answering incoming calls and forwarding them while providingbasic information when needed.
  • Receiving, registering and sorting daily mails / deliveries / couriers.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, sanitized and organized.
  • Maintaining proper records for all calls made and by whom.
  • Be familiar with all the personnel, positions and departmentsin the Organization.
  • Any other duty and responsibilities entrusted by themanagement from time to time.
  • Competencies / Abilities / Skills Required

  • Ability to be polite but firm when dealing with difficult, inpatientor upset people.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Self-motivated, courteous, confident and friendly personality.
  • Telephone Skills.
  • Listening Skills.
  • Job Requirement

    EDUCATION : Minimum Requirement Diploma in Front OfficeManagement or its equivalent.
