Job Summary

The role holder will oversee BBOXX’s sales agent network administration for Kenya liaising with the respective sales teams.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • OverallResponsibilities

  • To work withthe Kenya sales teams to assist in the implementation of the Sales and AgencyNetwork Strategy for the country in consultation with the Retail Department
  • To work withthe sales team and Retail Manager to ensure that all agents have completed thecorrect recruitment forms and have met internal recruitment criteria and Liaisewith BBOXX academy to ensure all agents are trained on time per the curriculum
  • Ensure shopshave a database of potential agents who have already been tested and trained.
  • To work withthe HR department to Maintain agent contracts and ensuring up-to-dateinformation in the agent portals and devices are well set-up and functional
  • Liaise withMarketing and Regional Area Managers (RAMs) and Retail Supervisors (RS) todispatch all required agent tools and merchandising material required
  • Liaise with theRAMs and RS to obtain the complete itineraries for the agents, and marketstorming / weekly meetings, quarterly agent forums.
  • Participate inthe quarterly agent forums and agent trainings.
  • Analyzeadherence to itinerary and territories by agents and shops and consolidate andfollow-up on all unresolved sales agent issues.
  • Develop andshare agent bulletins periodically to communicate important informationrequired.
  • Person specification

  • Degree in Business Related Field
  • 2 years’ experience in managing sales network oragent network in a fast-paced environment.
  • Field Team and project management experience willbe an added advantage
  • Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, MUSTbe proficient in MS Excel and Data Analysis
  • Must speak fluent English
