Job Summary

Position Level : Management Level

Organisational Relationship : Functional reporting to the CEO but with 10-20 Direct reports spread around the Country.

Compensation : Kshs 2,800 per Hour Monthly hourly based pay inclusive sweat equity contribution + Revenue and network signup based bonus Kshs 1,400,000 per annum on delivered KPI’s + Long Term Sweat Equity -Kshs 5,400,000 (36 Month Vesting Period)

Payment Model : Monthly Fixed Pay with a 208+ hours / Month work schedule

Special Attributes : Retail customer development, network Market Place acquisition, entrepreneurship stint.

Work Structure : 1 / 2 day desk a week. The job will require extensive out of office partner visits and engagement for the remainder of the week.

Qualifications Sales & Commercial Lead

  • BachelorMaster’s Degree in a relevant discipline in Business, Sales and Marketing from a recognised institution or can be substituted with significant hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 6 8+ years of experience in sales, distribution, customer service and relationship management, including 2-3 years in a similar position.
  • The insurance sector, Pharmaceutical sector experience, retail, Telecom networks ideal sectors.

  • Proven track record of setting targets and achieving them.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C sales & marketing in Telcom / Healthcare industries and a good understanding of these services and solutions are preferred.
  • Experience using and implementing sales systems processes tools
  • Healthcare sector experience an added advantage
