As a member of the Talent team, you will play a central role in achieving our Group’s mission of developing 3 million leaders by 2035.

You will help establish the best recruiting engine in the world by implementing a disruptive, purpose-driven and culture-

intensive hiring process based on sales & marketing techniques that will enable ALX’s growth (up to 15,000 super talented employees over the next years).

As the Talent Acquisition Fellow you will help us develop our Internal Talent Agency (the same way Google or Netflix did) by ensuring our Account Based Marketing (for talent) efforts.

Your goal will be to source and nurture targeted prospects so that we can drive the pipeline forward obtaining leads and opportunities who can then become new members of our staff.

This fellowship is an opportunity to be a pioneer in the talent field and also work closely with the ALX leadership team .

In addition, you will be assigned a Team Manager who will provide you with regular feedback and coaching as you navigate through your work.

Duration : The internship program is for 3 months, with a potential of being made a full time employee after the initial 3 months period.


  • Responsible for lead nurturing through email campaign set up, activation, follow-up and analysis
  • In charge of obtaining prospects’ contact information
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & ATS (Applicant Tracking System) maintenance and optimization
  • Provide general support to the recruitment team on sourcing and hiring the best talent
  • Schedule calls and meetings for the ALX recruitment pipeline
  • Manage and track information to ensure we have accurate records for the recruitment pipeline

  • Experience with Google Suite (Slides and Spreadsheets) and / or Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) is crucial
  • Inbound marketing and / or CRM know-how will be valued
  • Experience with tools like Linkedin Recruiter and / or Hubspot will be valued
  • Excitement about People functions such as sourcing and hiring
  • Excellent orientation to detail and problem-solving
  • Track record of being self directed , persistent , and systems driven
