About the Job :

The Senior Quality Lead will understand the business metrics and build a methodology for QA at scale for annotation and training data.

This will include establishing standards for QA assessment within the data annotation pipeline i.e. what constitutes positive or negative QA, precision and correlation.

They will serve as an instrument of change in how we do quality across the company. They will take a pragmatic and data driven approach to process improvements.

They will understand the business objectives of the product and the customers' needs and demands and communicate the requirements to the engineering teams.

They will lead continuous improvement initiatives and help position Samasource as a partner of choice. The Sr. Quality Program Lead will be responsible for monitoring, auditing and implementing quality & compliance standards, initiatives, and analysis for Samasource Global Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serves as the quality advisor, initiates process, technology and people oriented change using such methods that ensure a world class and consistent performance
  • Responsible for driving improvements in Samasource Service Delivery service level agreements
  • Identify, define and validate quality requirements arising within the market by working with stakeholders, gathering feedback from current and potential customers, and conducting market research
  • Ensure the needs of internal stakeholders are captured in quality product requirements
  • Identify and communicate the priority of quality requirements with Product & Engineering and manage expectations with business stakeholders
  • Lead and organize a Culture of Quality in the Service Delivery Centers
  • Build and mentor quality skills across the Service Delivery Team
  • Facilitates quality reviews and liaises with all respective owners such as Service Delivery leadership, Training, Project Management and Customer Success Leadership
  • Ensures findings are understood and acknowledged and adequate actions are taken to meet the qualitative and customer experience objectives
  • Develops and conducts analyses and statistical reviews and keep records of quality reports and relevant documentation in the form that enables conclusive insights and data-
  • driven actions across relevant business levers (agents, training, process, technology)

  • Develops proactive solutions and controls efficacy of the actions to close the loop on the found gaps and deviations
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of training and work experience required
  • 6+ years of proven experience as a quality manager or relevant role, large scale global technology services environment a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality management and standards
  • Experience in Quality Assurance methodology, Kanban a plus
  • Agile development methodology, specifically transitioning from waterfall to agile
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analyses / statistical methods
  • Self-starter, energetic person ready to make a change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities including consensus building
  • Excellent skills to make an impact in a global team
  • Ability to function and make decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to conduct ongoing interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems
