Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
FMCG Sales & Marketing Experience (min. 5 Years)
Management and onboarding of Ecommerce Business
Experience with Jumia selling via seller centre
Social Media experience with facebook and Instagram proven experience and should be able to showcase work
Creatives : able to work with design software
Website management and SEO optimization
Ability to research and create marketing calendars and follow through with implementation and review
Marketing campaign management
Market Research on competitor activity, consumer trends etc.
Geographical and cultural Knowledge
Understanding of mass market and different demographics and ability to design content to be able to connect with the same
