The Field Officer will perform the following tasks :
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Must be very conversant with items our clients ship to their customers
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and relaying the same to your immediate supervisor
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Analyzes client requests and propose appropriate solutions.
Follows procedures established by the department.
Validates method of payment with the client.
Handles pick-ups and deliveries according to clients’ SOP requirements.
Collects and shares relevant information about clients, work tools, forms and data with all internal parties. Clients’ contact information must always be guarded and safe disposal must be put in place.
Complies with company policies and procedures
Requirements :
A minimum of form 4 leavers certificate.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
Bilingual (Kiswahili English) (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS-Office suite
Good geographical knowledge of the region applied for
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
High level of integrity
Good organization skills
