Job Summary

Our client, an innovative professional services firm, is currently looking to hire a Consulting Executive, Analyst.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • You will :

  • Focus on project delivery for clients acrossbusiness, education, government and development sectors
  • Build skills in Strategy, Innovation, ChangeManagement, Customer Relationship Management, Finance, Operations and ProcessManagement, Supply Chain Management, Performance Management and / or TalentManagement & Organization Development
  • Collaborate with project teams made up of peoplewith diverse and complementary skills
  • You will be heading the consulting unit whereyou will also be recruiting and conducting performance appraisal for the staff.
  • Your dailyresponsibilities will vary by project, but you may find yourself :
  • Designing new business processes, capabilitiesand supporting strategies
  • Conducting industry and client research andanalysis to identify new value sources
  • Developing communications, training and job aidsto assist in change management activities
  • First level analysis of organizations andcapturing key learning and insights from different organizations.
  • Relationship management with clients andproviding advisory services.

  • Support allaspects of client engagements from scope definition to delivery, including butnot limited to, new lead generation, proposal writing, and engagement planning.
  • Leadingclients towards developing an organizational strategy as well as a financialstrategy.
  • Following upthe clients on the implementation of the organizational strategy as well as afinancial strategy.
  • Conductquantitative and qualitative analysis of data.
  • Coordinateassessment process, including survey process.
  • Plan andconduct interviews with senior-level leadership in client organizations.
  • Interpret,evaluate and interrelate research data for inclusion in client briefings andreports
  • Plan, executeand coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research insupport of client engagements
  • Contribute tothe written and verbal communication with the client, specific to theengagement
  • Contribute tothe detailed mapping of consulting methodologies used, development of newmodels and tools and their benchmarking against industry standards
  • Documentlearning and also write and publish articles in business press.

  • Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstratedability to build deep and influential relationships with staff / clients / partners.
  • Problem-solvingskills : you must be able to think creatively to solve clients' problems whileappreciating that although some aspects of different clients' problems may besimilar, each situation is likely to present unique challenges.
  • Adequateexperience in project / process management skills.
  • Highlydeveloped negotiation skills.
  • Ability tointerrogate further client concerns and issues so as to fully understand theirneed
  • Well-organized,with ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Design,planning, coordination and delivery of learning events, retreats andconferences.

  • At least twoyears and above work experience backgrounds in finance, management, humanresources or information technology is recommended.
  • At least oneyear experience as a consultant Analyst is highly recommended.
  • Degree inBusiness Management, Accounting or Finance
