Our Client a leading gaming Company is seeking to recruit a Head / Director of Marketing.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor

  • Role Summary :

    The Head / Director of Marketingresponsible for marketing strategies that ensure the continued success ofCompany. The Head / Director of Marketing will design, facilitate and execute theannual marketing calendar, marketing plan and budget for Company to ensureoptimum profitability.

    The Director of Marketing will be responsible for thebrand, market analysis and growth strategy; database, advertising,entertainment, digital media, social media, mobile and direct mail programs.

    Oversees strategic positioning of marketing initiatives, guest retention, competitoranalysis, and new promotional approaches.

    Drives improved program results inall areas of the Marketing department through analysis, staff development andmanagement.

    Responsible for marketing all amenities for the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

  • In charge ofstrategic and tactical positioning of the brand and will drive the brandstrategy, including the setting of brand guidelines & style, brand visionand value proposition.
  • Lead the planningand execution of all marketing initiatives; oversee the creative development ofpromotional materials, digital content, advertisements, promotional collateraland other marketing-related communication and media actions on all channels,including online and on social media.
  • Also oversee product branding.

  • Assist withproduct development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing newbusiness opportunities
  • Develop and leadthe implementation of marketing budgets and monitor progress against keyperformance indicators. Collaborate with line manager and finance team to fullymanage the P&L.
  • Monitor, evaluateand report the effectiveness of all marketing communication against the keyperformance indicators.
  • Collaborate withthe Quality Assurance team to consistently review the overall customer user journeyexperience to ensure consistent outstanding service and support.
  • Oversee theimplementation of CSR initiatives aimed at promoting growth of the brand andcoordinate all public relations activities.
  • Build and managestrategic relationships and partner with key players, marketing agencies andvendors
  • Manage suppliercontracts and terms to ensure value.
  • Streamline workprocesses within the marketing function to improve performance
  • Lead thedevelopment and implementation of all policies and procedures within thefunction.
  • Offer leadershipand continued development of the marketing team and cooperation with otherdepartments
  • Maintain anenvironment that attracts, retains and motivates top quality staff and foster aculture of high performance and discipline.
  • Perform regularcustomer surveys and proactively obtain market trends and insights; assessassociated business risks and make recommendations to the management onpropositions that promote growth of the brand and enhance the company’scompetitive standing.
  • Creates andmonitors strategic marketing plans, both short and long range, to achieveCompany objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Demonstratesignificant knowledge of budgeting and analysis to guide and develop annualbudgets for the marketing department and all marketing functions.
  • Possesssufficient knowledge of digital channel strategies including digital media,social media and reputation management.
  • Developsadvertising plans and media strategies, including traditional and digitalmedia.
  • Creates andanalyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Preparesmarketing activity reports and presents to Executive Management.
  • Supervises andcoordinates activities of all Marketing employees.
  • Responsible forforecasting and generating department budget. Maximize profit opportunities.
  • Assists withtraining and evaluating performance of marketing personnel.
  • Responsibilitiesinclude assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,assigning, and directing work;
  • appraising performance; rewarding anddisciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Overseemarketing operations including player development, direct marketing mediums,promotions, sales / bus operations and entertainment.
  • Meetestablished objectives by working with staff to plan short / long term goals;identify problems and implement solutions;
  • and establish policies andprocedures.

  • Developannual budgets, and maintain controls on financials, including labor costs, tomaximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations Research, analyze andmonitor industry trends, competitive set, financial, technological anddemographic factors to capitalize on marketing opportunities and staycompetitive
  • Develop, execute andrevise policies and procedures to achieve profit and volume objectives
  • Maintain fresh, effective programs toconsistently retain and grow customer base.
  • Develop and deliver credible service tothe customer.
  • Qualification and Experience :

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication,Business Administration or related field.
  • Gaming Industry ExperienceRequired Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
  • Professional Certification in Marketingfrom a recognized Institution CIM
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience inmarketing, 5 of which must be in senior leadership.
  • Experience in Digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing abrand and sustainable acquisition of a customer database
  • Experience in handling B2C sales-Hands-on and strong executor, with strong business sense, results-drivenmindset, customer-centric, with extensive experience of marketing in afast-paced, consumer-facing digital business.
  • Experience in working in a fast growth,decentralized environment. Relevant industry experience and in-depth knowledgeof the market will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in disruptive marketing withdemonstrable ability to employ predatory thinking.
  • A strong, proven track record ofsuccessfully increasing revenue through commercially tracked, marketingcampaigns.
  • Good working knowledge in IT.
  • Highly analytical skills with ability touse creative problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of data analyticswill be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under Pressure to deliveragainst set objectives while operating on some occasions in stressfulsituations.
  • Agile and able to deal with shiftingpriorities and issues inherent in a fast-growing company.
  • Natural leader of people with excellentmanagerial and motivational skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to make businessdecisions and formulate business strateg
